Yes but no. It was allowing women to vote and letting them join the workforce. If they continued to be homemakers, the government wouldn't be brainwashing the kids because the mothers would be homeschooling them. Convincing women to get jobs outside the home was a ploy by the government to be able to get double the taxes per each household.
