if nintendo wins this lawsuit then they can sew any game dev for any bullshit reason. using vague patents such as the concept of the joystick to try and bully smaller game developers in to drawn out legal battles over Evey line of code in there game until they submit to there insane demands like a group of mobsters demanding protection money. its just as insane as it sounds.
