I've been speaking with a few friends in other industries. Was anyone here affected by the cyber attack yesterday? From what I can understand, systems that regulate the pressure of DTE gas, Detroit water, and sewage were all affected. As well as they system for calling the Miss Dig emergencies. This means gas and water mains and services were bursting, and digging couldn't happen without knowing where other utilities like phone and electric lines run.
