Looks like something from harry potter’s world but this is oil falling to earths surface from space. During the passage it is said a sticky substance falls to the earth which turns white when mixed with volcanic gloom and can be eaten (mana from heaven) land of milk and honey as it is sweet to the taste when the petrochemical and ash mix together. If there is any friction causing a static shock or lightning it will ignite into a fireball, some such fireballs will look like a meteor with a tail shooting across the skies as what has been shared recently.
