This pattern welded wing pattern chef knife was hand forged with 1084 and 15n20 steel. Handle is made from stabilized curly maple, with hand carved feather relief grip. Damascus bolster and pommel nut. Blade length is 8.5 inches, by 2.25 inches wide, 14 inches overall, and it weighs just over 9 oz.
