I'm GenX. We were told "you're not budgeting. You need to just cut back on the Starbucks. Etc." The ones who told us that were right - for us. Today, though, it's different. There are a lot or reasons why that is, and while money management is still a good skill to have, it is no longer a solution to the problem like it was for us. We need better answers.
