As We are based in Quebec, we do not have that right. We are, however, authorized to own a gun but only for hunting purposes. Also, one must take a gun handling class before getting a license. Perhaps it is a good thing to know how to handle a gun before going in the woods with friends hunting for pheasants. Roast pheasants are indeed delicious when rightly done.
