Olive oil is the best oil...just make sure you get legit olive oil. Preferably from my paisans in italy. Real olive oil (not that blended horseshit) will always have the harvest date and will have a DOP and will only be sourced and packaged in one country then imported here Seed oils are fucking garbage!
