PC- XO auto F11 bat script (show framerate)

Small bat file to launch Crossout and hit F11 (to turn onn framerate etc), i set it to hit twice. To only show ping and packet drop. It does require creating a link and placing it somewhere with no spaces in file path (did this real fast and couldnt be bothered to sort out space in file path issue)....
