Preparing the Angriest Grape Juice yet. I dissolved two cups of sugar in the grape juice before adding the yeast. It's going to spend the next month or so chilling out in an empty cabinet in my kitchen. The hope is that adding more sugar and longer fermenting time will make it more potent. Also, if it's out of sight, I'll be more inclined to actually leave it the heck alone for the entire time. 🙂
