Make Gun Ownership Mandatory in the United States

Every schoolkid who isn't mentally or physically crippled takes basic self defense and gun safety courses and upon graduation is issued their choice of multiple small arms. You could offer better or more guns, ammo, etc, for students who get great grades or do community service, etc. Incentivize self defense! #Guns #Firearms
