If Michael Sussmann plead guilty (to lying to the FBI), he'd be hit with a "conspiracy" charges (Sussmann admitting he was working for Hillary Clinton would prove the conspiracy). Even if Sussmann is convicted on the lying charge, he's still better off pleading "not guilty". #Durham
