John Durham can probably prove that the Alpha Bank story was a hoax (fabricated), but that might not matter. For the Alpha Bank thing to matter, Durham would have to prove that the hoaxers directed Michael Sussmann to take the fabricated "evidence" to the FBI, and that might be impossible for Durham to do. #Durham
