Fact of the day Nickel has doubled in price in a week, almost all of that move was yesterday – from USD 28,000 per tonne to USD 48,000 per tonne. A lot of coins (currency) are made using Nickel, and other metals which used to be very cheap. At today’s prices, it would now be profitable to melt coins and sell the metal!
