Bosses and executives at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust have not been named and shamed following a damning report into the needless deaths of babies and mothers at the trust. Health Secretary Sajid Javid has insisted individuals responsible for the 'serious and repeated failures' would be held to account. But many of the bosses have already left without sanction, with some already walking into lucrative jobs within the health service or work as consultants for private companies.
