Jeffery appears to be interesting man with an interesting past. However, that's no ones business but his own- and perhaps Romulus on occasion. With ears suggesting something of an otherworldly attribute, the alignment of that nature is yet to be seen. An absolute outsider and unapparelled mage, in every respect; Jeffery enjoys stirring the pot where and when ever he can.
