For those who don't know,Geoffrey St. John was created by Ken Penders & is one of the most badass Sonic characters ever...well,up until that little bit Flynn the Faggot did with him by making up that bullshit about how he was an evil wizard who worked for Naugus,but we'll pretend that never existed just like the rest of everything Ian Flynn & his cronies created. Geoffrey was introduced in Sonic the Hedgehog #20 & is the commander for the Royal Secret Service,a unit which operates directly under King Max's orders. In comparison to the Freedom Fighters,they had a leg up in weaponry & training. Geoffrey especially was no exception with his multi-faceted wrist crossbow which had all types of gadgets (shock arrows,rope arrows,cuff arrows,etc)..
