Learning how to draw

Learning how to draw day 15 Well there are good parts and bad parts. I think I did a good job with the shoulders. What I did is I have a reference that I am using and trying to draw Roxy in that pose. Unfortunately the legs look really Short the face looks dirty and messy the hat doesn't even look like it's on her head. Hands look poor the dress doesn't help convey her shape. A lot of problems with this one. I feel a little stuck.
