LEARN TO EXPRESS LOVE
Learn to be more expressive with your loved ones.
I know your family means the world to you, but do they know that?
I know you got your friends back 24/7, do they know that?
Ok, they probably know.
Still say it to them.
Those things you love about them, say it to their face.
As a people, we are not very expressive.
But you can learn, start by including it in your messages and chats with them.
Then graduate to saying it out loud.
Learn to appreciate verbally.
Learn to put words to your feelings.
“I love you”
“I’m blessed to have you as my sister”
“What can I do without you”
“You made this possible”
“You are an amazing friend”
“I love this and that about you”
“You are the best parent ever”
“I’m proud to be your mother”
These words don’t bite.
And they are not only for your partners.
Your family and friends deserve to know how amazing they are and what they mean to you.
Say it to their face now they can still hear.
Not as an obituary.
