While a couple of these are kinda weak examples, I think this is a super healthy habit to get into: Identifying exactly how you’ve changed your mind recently. It’s legit hard to do, either because we’re stubborn and don’t change minds or because it’s easy to forget all the assumptions lost along the way to our current positions.
