Pre-Christmas Brisket
We usually prep Christmas Eve and Christmas meals in the lead up days before and then we just put out multi-stage spreads on both days, all day long. Here is our brisket, planned for Friday and Saturday. It was a smaller brisket, sub-20 pounds, and a cheap cut. This brisket had a couple of headwinds, including the grill shutting off at one point. Regardless, the taste test was pretty good.
If SHTF, the grill can run on battery power and we already have an arrangement set up with a smaller ranch.
