Reason why some people fail is not because of, lack of resources but because they failed to believe in themselves. We Africans don't have any excuse to give for our failures. Neither can we attribute it to lack of human resources, we have all it takes to attain any heights in life. But our inability to think outside the norms set up by the colonial masters have caused us a lot.
