Yesterday, I deleted Facebook and Instagram. It's been 24 hours now... for 21 years of using that platforms, it was a mixture of anxiety, toxicity, chaos, suppression of free speech, and destroyed good relationships. Friends, and people I loved. . It outweighed the goodness it caused my life. It was a whole day of living without the addiction it has injected into my veins. Will this last?
