So in New Zealand we have all these vaccine rollouts and now they giving gifts away if you get vaccinated. Anyhow out of 1st hand experience Auckland is in lockdown lvl 3 and there is border control. This does not matter if you are rich. I just had rich people arrive from auckland in northland who charted a private airplane. So pretty much means " rules for them but not for me". Its a shambles , beyond a joke this NZ government couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery.
