What if there actually was a world wide society? What if there was a large a large population 200 years ago?

My theory is nothing has been done under the sun or moon. That hasnt already been done. Please look into the great mud flood, Tartaria and antiquetech... Our ancestors were on a whole other level. How bout the tower of Babel?
