When Justice leaves a nation or an area, it strikes fear in the hearts of it's citizens. Not only does it strike fear, but it's also vexing to the souls of those who stand with justice. Fear, because when justice is gone, lawlessness becomes the norm. Vexed, because hope seems so far in the distance.
