Pastels are delicious!

@thefilthyarmchair thanks for posting about these delicious pastries! I gave them a shot this afternoon and I’m glad I did! I made some sweet and savory ones. I tried a batch in the air fryer and one with oil (the oil was def the way to go.) Also thanks for the wire-you’re awesome!
