My guess is she really badly wanted a girl, and after three boys, her retarded mentally ill mind wanted her fourth to be a girl so bad she groomed him into thinking he was a girl. Actual mental illness. No child at 18 months old has any idea what gender is. They can barely even speak at that point. And how many 18-month olds do you know that can dress themselves? I bet she put them on him.
