I was walking to the grocery store, and I usually pet every dog I see along the way (as based men do) So there was this puppy outside the store, and she was really friendly. I remarked at how friendly she was, but the owner said she's usually not friendly at all. She was attacked when she was very young by a bigger dog, and she ran across the street and got hit by a car. Since then she's been really afraid of all dogs and humans. Apparently, I was the first human she has allowed to touch her, aside from her owner. Stella is a good girl.
