This speaks true to many, including myself. I was a socialist until I was introduced to Ron Paul. I've grown used to questioning everything and am incredibly grateful I learned to do this when I did.

Years ago I was a leftist because I wanted to help the poor and stop environmental degradation and war. Then I realized big government started every war, enabled every corporation, and its war on poverty was a farce. So I grew up and became a libertarian.
