I try to keep preaching to a minimum in my books. The only one I really preached in was Nuke Your Brain (a self help book) and The Suicide Diaries has some deep conversations but it's all in context because you are going around talking to the ghosts of Allen Moss' past he ran away from. It's not really preaching but it's the closest I ever got in my fiction to it.
