If you use this system on Ebay you are kinda a cunt. I don't make the rules. Just set the "Reserve" as your starting price of the bid stupid. This is pretty money hungry that even if someone wins, they don't actually win unless they make the "Secret" amount. There's no reason to use this system other than you being a prick.
