Don't combat hate with more hate as that creates an endless cycle of hatred and revenge. Love,compassion,empathy and logic is how you dispel hate. Love your enemies and show them that it's okay to love those you disagree with. Don't allow petty superficial differences to ruin friendships or your ability to communicate with those you oppose. Life is far too short to allow yourself be full of negativity and hate.
