It mentions a new virus that will infect mankind in 2025, and it will last until 2028. According to the World Bank, COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is a “project” that is planned to continue until the end of March 2025. (proof here!) In this simulation, they chose the name SPARS, based on the city where it first appeared (St. Paul), but they will probably go with a different name when the time comes.
