If you have no choice but to wear a mask you can use a pair of scissors to cut the back layers off a cloth mask in order to substantially reduce the loss of ventilation, thus preventing mask face/ excess perspiration. Since cloth masks do not do anything (as manufacturers openly state) this is hardly a problematic choice when no other option exists.
