I drew this guy last night! One of the major bad guys from my story, Techhaven, I would like to introduce Stopper, the Pursuer! He was named after a Reggae song, so the first five to guess correctly will get a subscription from me! He was based off of both Charlie The Funtime Robot from Scooby-doo and Mr. X from Resident Evil 2!
