Many international politicians who have no love for Donald Trump are starting to speak out against what's happening. Many of these politicians remember that within their political careers, these same megacorps were very much against leftism. The "enemy of my enemy" strategy is inevitably going to result in these same people who hate the orange man being silenced using the same mechanisms.
