I wouldn't say 'blockchain-based' because the whole app doesn't run on a blockchain (that wouldn't necessarily make sense), but our token payments system is fully on Ethereum and cannot be taken down. We also give people the option of posting content to the Arweave blockchain (aka Permaweb). More to come.
