Ideological delusion is stunning. Right now, whatever you think of the reasons, US conservatives are mad. They've been pushed, over decades, and they are starting to snap. A hundred tiny paper cuts. A great deal of it, justified. And the progressive response? Demonize harder. Seriously? That's asking for more trouble, just as conservatives finally breaking their calm, taking the bait, and acting the part of the villain they have been cast as all along is.
