25 years ago, I was sitting alone in a community sauna in a small Aleut village on the coast of Alaska, when a dozen or so native men came in and stoked the fire and steam up. It wasn't long before the temperature was well above my limit. I felt as though my brains were cooking, so I rose and nodded to them politely, yet before I reached the door, one of them made a comment in their language, to which all the others laughed loudly. I knew I was butt of their joke. Something like, "Big white man can't handle the heat." I laughed too as if I understood and that earned their respect.
I also knew that getting brain damage just to prove I was as tough as they were was pretty stupid and pointless.
I recalled that experience because I was thinking of the "Boiling Frog Analogy" and how most industrialized societies today have been waiting out the heat of false propaganda and the agendas of evil men.
I predict that some time early in the coming year, there will be a great number of people who realize their brains are being cooked and it would be a good idea to take themselves out of the insanity, while they still have a chance.
What that will look like, how that movement manifests itself remains to be seen, but it will definitely be historic.
I share this message simply to let you know, it's okay to leave the sauna (of the popular narrative), even if they laugh at you, because if you are smart enough to walk away for your health, your brains are worth saving.
