This is how you Christmas carb load like a single Sith boss. Over a 3 1/2 lb punky pie and over 5 lbs of mashy taters all for me starting tomorrow. I put my wallet in the photo to give it some scale. I'm almost done (3 3/4 hours more) with my new once a week 24 hour no calories fast regiment. Its called a 5-1-1 feast/famine IM fasting split and you can also vary it once a month to a 4-2-1 by adding in another fasting day. The goal is to fast 4-5 days a month for life. You intermittent fast for 5 days a week like I've done every day for 14-20 hours since Jan.2nd, 2020. But you add in a fast for 24 hours once a week. And add in a feast day a week once a week. Feasting means no IM that day and you either eat tons of protein or carbs (200-300g for someone my size). I'll always choose to carb up over protein since I eat a ton of protein everyday by having one rice meal (Mongolian beef and rice takeout) and have potatoes with another meal (french fries, mashed potatoes, hash rounds, or huge Texas baked potatoe) like I did last week when I started this new protocol. This helps to keep your body from adapting and constantly off balance. This will also help me get ready for my first long fast of 4-5 days that I'm going to do in mid-late January. #punkinpiematter #tatersmatter
