Meaning, (a) anyone with the power and the gall to do something this outrageous and egregious--and against the will of the American people (even Democrats), who have no enthusiasm for this corpse of a man--will stop at NOTHING to achieve their evil ends; and (b) with a full-on brainless mannequin for a figurehead, instead of someone with a little will of their own, they'll be in TOTAL control (this not to say that they're not essentially in control now).
