Today is my third day not using face lotion. I had previously used it daily for 20 years. The pain is like nothing that I've experienced before. I am determined though to break the habit. My goal, in short, is to not be dependent on anything that I would have to buy from a store. I am slowly achieving this goal but it takes time and a lot of conscious effort. Just don't ask me to smile Lol the pain is too much. #permaculture #offgrid #homestead
