This would be great for World Simulation Testing. The Gradual Data accumilation & testing stages needed for the creation of a FULL unrestrained version that comes afterwards. Artificial Intelligence ungrades in steps. Without the 1st Steps, the later steps can't be created. You can't skip step when programming #Ai So... If tech A.i. scientists wanted to simulate pre-coronavirus world it would be close to impossible. The variables would be too numerous. BUT if the world could be slowed down AND CONTROLLED... Then the precious 1st data collections could be had.
