Somehow the homeless camp at the Coronado Dog Park (3rd and I-40 NW in Albuquerque) hasn't been deemed any sort of violation of the "public health order," despite the fact that most of them don't seem to be wearing any sort of mask. Nor are "social distancing" or the ban on more than five people congregating together enforced, by APD, BCSO, NMSP, or anyone else. Speaking of the homeless, why are there any of them left? Why hasn't the Beer Bug wiped them all out? They don't practice good sanitation, they drink, they use drugs, they don't use masks, they don't "social distance," etc. https://kob.com/albuquerque-news/gov-lujan-grisham-to-hold-covid-19-press-conference-thursday/5811665/

Note: This is NOT an official Libertarian Party group. This web space is for New Mexico residents who are small-l libertarians. A small-l libertarian understands that the core of the libertarian message is the Non-Aggression Principle (some call it the Zero Aggression Principle, or Non-Initiation Of Force Principle) -- A libertarian is someone who believes that no human being has the right – under any circumstances – to initiate force against another human being, nor to threaten or delegate its initiation. As such, it is assumed that candidates, officeholders or appointed spokespersons at all levels of government or any organization seeking the label of "libertarian" should refrain from advocating new or more restrictive laws, new or more expensive spending programs, or new or higher taxes. To paraphrase from the medical profession, “First, do no harm.” Note: This is NOT an official Libertarian Party group.
