Why Asset is valuable than Liabilities? This days, I have seen people develop love for liability than investment. Sometimes when I see this act, I wonder what is really wrong with humans or rather still, some set of individuals. How on earth can some one keeps spending lavishly on things that he or she knows that in the nearest one (1) or two (2) years, you won't be able to account for it.
