"Zasady Gry" by Neil Strauss Book Review Neil Strauss, the creator of the cult "Game", is the author to whom I have probably most often referred when reviewing other positions. And it is surprising that I reached for his next book so late - having read more than 150 other items in the meantime. Nevertheless, it was definitely worth it. First of all, however, before I explain what his phenomenon is, we need to explain exactly what we are talking about. Namely, the book "The Rules of the Game" actually consists of two separate volumes - "The Championship of Seduction in 30 Days" and "The Seducer Code". There is also a collection of routines, which for some incomprehensible reasons has not been translated into Polish at all and I had to use the English language original to read them. The first part of the book is a description of the mission and exercises to be performed over a month to finally make an appointment with the Woman. I am not a fan of missions or tasks I did not perform, but the instructions for particular days sometimes contained quite valuable information - e.g. voice and posture exercises or advice on appearance and details that can be improved (hair, nails, skin, teeth). In addition to this, there were some important guidelines for the beliefs of sharing energy and positive emotions instead of taking them away and "you have to play to win". It is worth noting that in this volume there are numerous references to a website that no longer works - which undoubtedly has a negative impact on the evaluation of this part. And at this point, the second volume, the "Code of the Seducer" appears, all in white. It is in it that the author shows all his craftsmanship and makes the following chapters read with baked goods on his face. Not to be vindictive - I read the first volume for 3 weeks. The second volume, even if it was half as long, I slipped in two days. In it, Neil Strauss describes his adventures and experiences from his time as a full-time pick-up artist. At first we have a rather naturalistic description of sex with an old woman, but later on there is a total drive without a hold - stories of triangles and quadrangles, hunting together, two sisters competing for Neil's favors, seduction in a Muslim country, picking up the granddaughter of an older musician while interviewing him, and finally the challenge of refraining from sex for 30 days (ended nota bene 11 days on a sex phone). And it is this last story that sums up the whole volume quite aptly: this is the story of a guy addicted to sex. It heralds trouble, as anyone who knows what Strauss' next book is about. As for the last part - the routine - as I mentioned earlier, I read it in English, which certainly helped me avoid laughter from a translator resembling the book Strauss wrote "with Jenny Jameson". ( XD ) But besides that, one has to admit that the routines are quite sensible and carefully explained. They are certainly a valuable source of DHV when going out to the clubs. To sum up - the book is cool, although it is very uneven. The code of a seducer to read for everyone, nomen omen, seducer. The rest for those who want to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qhNWXot2j8&list=PLqUdwuPrDXayOr1BHKaOt7KWFIAyig_gV #pandaczyta #ksiazka #recenzja
