From the demand letter: “‘...Beyond it being inherently insensitive to force students, especially our black students, to hold the burden of maintaining their academic readiness in these horrific times,’ the sample letter read.” Because demanding only ‘black students’ receive special advantage, immunity or benefit not enjoyed by all (privilege=private law) isn’t racist in the least.
