The playlist happens to include the MTX song "On the Team" which... well, it's funny if you know the song, especially in sequence with "You, You're Awesome," "We Need You," and "When Your Ready (Come and Get It). Not exactly motivational. I imagine they just did a search for "team" figuring what could go wrong? Not that I think anyone would actually do this.
