"Wise Memory Optimizer" seems to be a fine piece of software. It is freeware. I downloaded it from http://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-memory-optimizer.html How did I find the program? Well, I finally figured out what caused my "eternal" browser lags and stuttering which always appeared after some time (a few hours or less), Windows 7 64 bit seems to be unable to reallocate the used RAM memory correctly, aka once you deplete all RAM (for example for Browser windows, or "megalong" minds.com posting threads) Windows 7 seems to be unable to reallocate correctly, even if you restart the browser. As soon as this happens (RAM depleted for one time), the browser(s) start stuttering and lagging, other programs too. I have "only" 8 gigs of RAM. I figured out how to get rid of the problem manually already, by logging off and logging into Windows 7 again, but since I installed "Wise Memory Optimizer", the problem completely disappeared. So I can endorse this program :-). I have only been using it for a few days and the stuttering problem completely disappeared. So I guess if you have Windows 7 or other operating systems which are unable to reallocate RAM correctly, this program might be helpful for you as well :-)
